Claims and quality

We pride ourselves in delivering quality products. If you are less than happy with the quality of a Novita product you've purchased, please use this form.

In order to process your claim effectively, please observe the following:

  • Please fill in your contact details carefully. Make sure your e-mail adress is correctly spelled, otherwise we'll have no chance of reaching you.
  • Please fill in the product details as carefully as possible. If your complaint is about yarn, we ask you to provide the yarn number, color number and dyeing lot number. For other products than yarn, we ask for the EAN code.
  • Please attach a photo of the product.
  • Keep the product while your claim is being processed. We may ask you to send the product to us for further examination.
