#yesnovita – Terms and conditions 

Share the fun! Share your knitting and crochet images on Instagram and follow other crafters with #novitaknits. We publish your knitting moments, inspiring projects and beautiful knitwear on our website and in Novita’s social media channels. 

When you reply to an image request with the hashtag #yesnovita, you accept the following terms and conditions: 

• You give Novita Oy the right to share, use, copy, edit and publish your content with the hashtag #yesnovita without compensation.

• You keep the rights to the image. Novita only gets the right to share and use the image for marketing purposes as stated in these terms and conditions.

• Content published with the #yesnovita hashtag may be used in marketing and paid advertising e.g. in Novita’s social media channels, newsletters and websites.

• You assure that you own the rights to the content that you publish with the #yesnovita hashtag and that you thereby are legally to give Novita the above rights. Please note that this also includes consent from any persons possibly appearing on the images.

• Your content with the #yesnovita hashtag is not in violation of the immaterial rights or personal integrity of any third party.

• Novita waivers any repsonsibility to pay compensation for your content as well as any other claims to the content.  
•  
• Novita handles your personal data in accordance with our data processing policy.

• You can cancel your consent any time by clicking on the exclamation mark (!) visible in the corner of your image on our website and following the ensuing instructions
